R&D Engineer Matthew Hollis joins the BVAA’s Future Leaders Programme

Actuation Lab company value #8:
We support each other to develop as people, and in our careers.

When the BVAA announced it was running the 2023 CMI-recognised Future Leaders Programme, we knew we would be nominating rising star and R&D Engineer Matthew Hollis to pack his bags for this particular journey of professional development.
We are proud to say that last week, he joined his peers to become part of Cohort 6!

The Future Leaders Programme is a 10-month leadership training journey where personal development sessions are spearheaded by Dr Martin Haigh MBE.
On-site visits to engineering and manufacturing centres are carried out by each member of the cohort at their own companies, and industry-leading training is given by the BVAA.

This is what Matthew had to say:
“I am honoured to be a part of the Future Leaders Programme 2023. As a member of the BVAA, I have been afforded fantastic opportunities to date, and now I am excited to meet new people, learn new skills, and grow, along with Cohort 6, into a confident individual that can give back to the Valve and Actuator industry.”
